Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Onus Robotic Hospitals, we value your trust and aim to provide clear and transparent policies for refunds and cancellations. This policy applies to registration payments for consultations, appointments, and health events organized by Onus Robotic Hospitals.

1. Cancellation Policy for Appointments

Appointment Cancellations: Patients may cancel their appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund of the registration fee. Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or failure to attend without notice will render the registration fee non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy for Appointments

Hospital-Initiated Cancellations: If Onus Robotic Hospitals cancels or reschedules your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you are eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule without additional fees. Refund Processing: Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. The timing of the refund may vary depending on your bank or payment processor. Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, especially if services were only partially provided.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy for Health Events

For health events organized by Onus Robotic Hospitals, including workshops, seminars, health camps, or conferences: Event Cancellation by Hospital: If Onus Robotic Hospitals cancels an event, participants will receive a full refund of their registration fee or may choose to apply the fee toward a future event. Participant-Initiated Cancellations: 7 Days Prior: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund. Less Than 7 Days Prior: Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may incur a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Day of the Event or No-Show: Registration fees for no-shows or cancellations on the day of the event are non-refundable. Refund Processing for Events: Event refunds, when applicable, will also be processed within 7-10 business days of cancellation confirmation.

4. Rescheduling Appointments or Events

Rescheduling Appointments: Appointments may be rescheduled without additional fees if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Late rescheduling requests may incur additional charges at the hospital’s discretion. Rescheduling Events: Health event registrations may be transferred to an alternate date or event upon request, subject to availability and provided that the request is made 7 days prior to the event.

5. Non-Refundable Services

Certain payments are non-refundable, including: Fees for missed appointments without prior cancellation notice. Services that have already been rendered (e.g., consultations, treatments). Event registration fees for cancellations made on the day of the event or for no-shows.
